I hadn't realised just how much I had missed flying until we were in the air.
The plane was around 85% to 90% full and there were unoccupied rows of 3 here and there.
Elizabeth, Catherine and James were able to go back a couple of rows and spread out but James clearly thought that this flying lark was so absorbing that he missed his daytime nap.
