It was time for a trip to the Spar supermarket

The Spar supermarket is only a 10-minute walk away and a place we've shopped at during previous visits.

Mask wearing in public indoor spaces is strictly observed and almost all establishments have sanitisers available at their entrances.

Our route is out of one of the back gates of the development (all are on key codes for security) and then we pass by some lava gardens as we make our way to the seafront.

And no, it isn't a cruise ship passing by, but one of the inter-island ferries.
